Photos were taken by Harry <br />Ranney of the DMG. Small patches of snow were observed scattered throughout the <br />permit area. Skies were clear. <br />fie newly relocated fence was barely visible from the photos. <br />Wafer was appa-ent M Pond 2. Pond 1 looked dry. <br />No problems were observed. <br />/- final bond release decision was issued forthis site on November 18, 1998. <br />
