Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the rnspection <br />and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action <br />This was a partial inspection conducted by Kent Gorham of the Colorado Division of Minerals <br />and Geology (Division). Ground conditions remain extremely dry as they have most of the <br />winter and early spring. The weather was breezy and seasonal on this day. <br />Revegetation <br />fib <br />. ~ -. <br />...1 <br />Offsite Suooort FacilitiE <br />A coal bed methane site has been established within 200 feet or so of the sealed NW-1 <br />ventilation shaft, This site may have disrupted some of the reclamation associated with the <br />access road to the former vent site. <br />Overall, the site appeared in fair condition For the early sprang season <br />Nighttime temperatures continue to hover at or near freezing and with tittle preapitation, <br />vegetation is slow to show signs of life for the season. The pond 2 reclaimed area appears <br />much as it did during the winter months, as shown m the photograph below. <br />
