One of my
neighbors, and mother of a geologist, mentioned to me that the three houses damaged by the blast were all
on the same line...or faulf_...and the damage either occured because of vibration or sound. As you know,
sound travels in waves and it seems that lot 15, 17 and 18 got caught by such a wave. I'm sure this all
makes sense to you.
I know you are aware that Mr. Congdon got permission on Wednesday to operate his mine 12 months a
year....from 7 am to 7 pm. Now he is requesting permission to operate his mine 24 hours a day!
Because my printer is not working properly, I'm emailing you this letter and sending you a map of Swiss
Village per mail.
Very sincerely,
Renata Scheder
77 Apache Trail RECEIVED .lAN 2 i 20114v
Redstone, CO 81623
JAN 2 62004
Givisian of Minerals and GealogY

®tarrd likes
sf I6 Y
To ; p.t-t G `~
.~r- ~agq~ay z
~ U I~sp ~-~3•oKi
1/16/04
