<br /> <br />INSPECTION REPORT - PAGE 2 <br />FILE N0. M-85-212 <br />DATE: May 1, 1986 <br />OBSERVATIONS OF IMPORTANCE: <br />1. The main purpose of this inspection was to discuss reclamati n <br />considerations for this area. Present on this inspection were Jer White <br />with La rimer County Planning and Frank Riggle, Harvey Sprock and B ce Linda hl <br />with the SCS. <br />2. The south portion of this site is ready for reclamation. The upper <br />portion of the north area is also ready for reclamation. The operator is <br />currently not working in this area. <br />3. There are fines available as an alternate growth medium. The site is on <br />a steep slope. The operator indicated that he will attempt to plat large <br />rocks on the edges of benches and fines behind these rocks in an a tempt to <br />keep the fines from washing away. The SCS agreed that this was a od idea. <br />4. The operator indicated that he was in the process of placing markers at <br />the permit boundaries. <br />5.
