<br />III. Comments - Compliance <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of <br />observations made during the inspection. Comments also describe any <br />enforcement actions taken during the inspection and the facts or evidence <br />supporting the enforcement action. <br />On May 22, 1991 at 11:25 a.m. a partial inspection was conducted <br />at the Fruita Mine. The weather was clear and dry. A mine <br />representative was not present during this inspection. This mine <br />is currently in permanent cessation. <br />Observations• <br />The sediment pond was dry and container <br />about 1.5 feet between the sediment <br />device. The spillway for this pond is a <br />one pipe containing the principal and <br />will need reconstruction or redesi <br />performance standards. <br />3 some sediment.
