This inspection was conducted in response to a succession of operator request received by the Division of <br />Minerals and Geology from the Operator. Present at the inspection were Kate Pickford, DMG, and Bill <br />Timmons and Larry Owens, Owens Brothers Concrete Company. Weather at the time of the inspection was <br />clear, breezy, and approximately 40 degrees. <br />2. Conditions as the site appear to be following the mining plan. Presently, approximately 15 acres are in the <br />process of being mined. Topsoil has been reserved at the site for reclamation. Overburden stockpiles are <br />stored along the lip of the pit. <br />3.
