We have read and agree with your report, attd we had corrected [he sign posting on <br />October I , 2001. [ made an inspection tri p to the Roughcut Pit and noted that the sign had not <br />been posted. 1 called Alan Frantz and he wen[ out to post and paint the name and permit <br />number on the main entry gate that day (please see photos). 1 have enclosed a letter sent that <br />same day (please see copy of letter). <br />The posting oversight wasjust that, and in no way was there any intent to mine without <br />the posing. The Rouchcut LLC has been waiting for their contract crushing screening vendor <br />who said they would provide the sinage. <br />This should meet the (SM) signs and markers topic yu noted.
