<br />III, Comments - Compliance <br /> <br />Below are comments on the inspection, The comments include discussion of <br />observations made during the inspection, Comments also describe any <br />enforcement actions taken during the inspection and the facts or evidence <br />supporting the enforcement action, <br />On September 27, 1991 a partial inspection was conducted at the <br />Terror Creels Loadout. Present during the inspection was Gary <br />Hax•ding. <br />The entire disturbed area was walked. Ditches and culverts were <br />clear. the pond contained some water from runoff of water sprayed <br />for dust suppression. Only one truck was earring coal to the <br />loadout this day. <br />No problems were noted. <br />
