The blasts vary in intensity but they have all caused alarm. Some have produced
tremors similaz to those one experiences during an earthquake.
Among our concerns is possible damage to our community wells from the underground
vibrations. We feel that this could damage or impact our aquifer. Are our house
foundafions being weakened or damaged? Are the boulders on the hillside directly above
the subdivision, going to be shaken loose to fall on our homes?
We homeowners obviously have no expertise in these azeas but aze very concerned that
Mr. Congdon i§ allowed Yo blast at this intensity with the frequency we aze experiencing.
Anything you can do to alleviate our feazs would be greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Pat R Zollinger
0042 Ute Way
Swiss Village
Redstone, CO 81623
970- 963-2310 Permit #: ,/~-(~y9-aye Confidental?: /V
Class: 'Type-Seq.:
From: To: n~
Doc.
