Excess Spoil <br />The lower four benches of excess spoil Fill 7 and Fill 4 are now complete. <br />Qowndrains and benches appear to be functioning well with a minor amount of <br />ponding on terrace benches du e to recent runoff. Knick points at terrace <br />benchldown drain intersections are functioning well but should be monitored <br />especially during the revegeta tion period. <br />
