Natural Resource rn,:tee <br />Dear Dennis Sandusky, <br />The above mentioned site has had one or more problems noted that according to the Division of <br />Mining, Reclamation and Safety (Division) records have not been resolved to date. According to <br />our records the following problem(s) was to be resolved on or before 9/1/2206. Listed below are <br />descriptions and corrective actions for the problem(s). Please make the corrective actions and <br />provide evidence that the corrective actions are completed by November 30, 2006. Note if the <br />required corrective actions aze not completed, and evidence provided to the Division by the <br />required date, the listed problems could become possible violations and would be referred to the <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board for further action. If the problems have already been corrected, <br />please provide evidence that that aze resolved. Contact me with any questions or concerns <br />regarding this letter (303-866-4922). <br />Problem Description <br />Leafy spurge, a state listed noxious weed is located throughout the drier areas of the site (Rule <br />3.1.10(6). Other weeks that were present but in limited quantities include Field Blindweed, Cheat <br />Grass, and Plumeless Thistle. <br />Corrective Action <br />The Operator will be required to develop and implement a noxious weed control plan.
