Tom
Schrzirtzr ~\
Room 2 ] 5
1313 S'herrr+ani, S'fnzrt
Denver, CO 80203
Dear Sirs,
I am requesting your support due to my augmented well going dry as of May this year,
My well is with CCWCD out of Greeley, my permit # is 013669F It has been a good
well that irrigated my land for 30 years. I feel that this is directly related to the mining
practices in my area.
I am loosing my pasture that was supporting my herd of cattle and I am incurring great
expenses in trying to keep my animals in good shape without my pasture. Also if my
well continues this way I will have to replant my land when water is available.
No one can tell me when my well will be up and flowing. This is very serious to me.
in 30 years I have never needed to feed hay when my pasture was watered. I am feeding
2 to 3 N900 pound bales of hay and com every day.
I am also concerned and upset about property lines. There have been some disputes over
the lihes and my boundary marker was bull-dozed down. One man did apologize, but I
don't
want to loose any property, [paid to have a survey when the AI Frye pit was going in.
Also their was a road as easement to the back of my property that needs to be respected
It was on my boundary and went from the Brighton Rd. west along my North line.
How far are these pits suppose to stay away from my fences and property lines?
I have had post weakened due to their activities and piles of dirt right up to my fence.
They say they will put my survey marker back and put the road back but how can I make
sure this will happen?
I am in desperate need of water and I see no hope of receiving any. I have had will water
for 30 years. I could pump 600 gallons per minute 24 hours a day 7 days a week when
necessary and now I have nothing.
R& R Pump [ell's me the well cost to dig deeper would we around $120 per foot, plus
