III. Comments/Compliance <br />This was a inspection conducted by Jim Burnell of CDMG based on air photos taken on 24 <br />March 2006. <br />There was a snow cover across the main mine site. The road was snow-covered with drifts. <br />Pond A was filled with drifted snow. There was no evidence of discharge and the dam <br />appeared stable. <br />Pond B was filled with drifted snow. The dam appeared stable and there was no evidence of <br />discharge. <br />Pond C was filled with drifted snow and the dam was stable. <br />Pond D was filled with drifted snow and the dam appeared stable. There was no sign of <br />discharge. <br />The slopes and the pad at the facilities area were stable with no erosion. <br />The slopes of the 720 pit area and the Marr pit area appeared stable. <br />
