(Page 2) <br />MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID #: ti"-leap-n~o <br />INSPECTION DATE: 3-L'~-n~ INSPECTOR=S INITIALS: J_D.O_ <br />OBSERVATIONS <br />This Inspection was conducted In response to a request from Albert Frei 8 Sons Inc. for release from the financial <br />The permit requires that the affected land be reclaimed to a lake and associated shoreline. Site grading and <br />erosion features alone this section of the lake bank Some of these reach 6 - 8 feet in height from the normal <br />water level to the highest point on the bank If this erosion is allowed to continue, a road at the top of the bank <br />and adtacent to the Fulton Canal will be threatened. The road services a home site in the permit area as well as <br />the canal There is a large number of willow and or cottonwood saplings alone the shoreline in this area <br />The normal shoreline of the lake appears to be about 4 feet above the present shoreline level. A dewatered <br />remainder of the lake bank and upland areas have only poor to fair in revegetation cover These areas were <br />pointed out to Mr Frei and he was told that more vegetation would have to be established on these areas <br />before their reclamation is satisfactory Some areas may oniv need more time for grasses to spread and fill in <br />bare areas, while other areas need to be re-seeded. <br />place The final reclamation plan includes a lake and the operator will have to provide evidence That it is Iegai <br />for the lake to be filled with water permanently. <br />release the operator from further reclamation responsibility until a permanent augmentation plan is approved <br />by the State. <br />
