Marvin Moore, a consultant for the applicant, was <br />also present during the inspection. Weather conditions on site were clear and windy. Ground <br />conditions were dry. The public notice sign has been posted and the corner markers were up. <br />There was no evidence of mining. The site is located in an area of low lying sage and sparse <br />grass.
