III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the <br />inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was an partial inspection of the Trinidad Basin Mine for the month of July, 1995. <br />The main purpose of this inspection is to verify that all work for the repair of the reconstructed <br />stream channel is complete and in accordance with the contract. <br />The channel has been installed to designed specifications and all riprap is in place. Riprap at the <br />entrance to Delagua Canyon has been grouted in as designed. Water bars and rock check dams <br />were installed as designed. All work has been completed IAW with the cotract and no further <br />work is necessary. <br />
