III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made during <br />the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection and the <br />facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was a partial inspection conducted by Tom Kaldenbach of DRMS. No one else was present <br />during the inspection. The ground was covered with more than a foot of snow, which limited <br />inspection. Inspection frequency for this revoked permit site is 3 paztials and one complete per yeaz. <br />Siens and Markers <br />The DRMS sign was in place next to Fourmile Road. <br />Support Facilities <br />No problems were found in the areas of the north access road and the south access road, although only <br />a small amount of ground area was visible due to snow cover. <br />3 <br />
