The operator wishes to move the permitted sump area from the southern <br />permit boundary between mining areas 2 and 4. The proposed new area <br />will be along the northwestern permit boundary in the vicinity of mining <br />area 3. The operator plans to submit plans for the revision in the near <br />future. <br />2. The staff tentatively approved the revision but will await written plans <br />before formal approval is given. The staff recommends that the operator <br />confirm that the new sump area is totally confined within the permitted <br />area. <br />3.
