AI Weaver accompanied me <br />on the mine site vWt. The weather was warm and clear. The <br />project was completed the day of the hrspedion. <br />Pmcesaina Waste <br />The refuse gib was iropected. At the time of the iropection no waste was being deposited, <br />but a grader was working on the second frff. A berm, apprwimately four feet high, B in <br />place akxrg the outer edge of this lift far safety puposes. A small puddle of standing water <br />was observed adjacent to fhe rocentiy dumped flee rofuss material on the lower Hit PasitNe <br />droir>ape from this area to khe ditch needs to be croated. The topsoHed area (2.3 aces) is <br />scheduled for seeding in January. Several small Junipers and ponderosa pine seedHnge were <br />observed on the rovegetaled parts of the refuse pAe. <br />Reveaetatlon <br />Thera are two small areas at the mine life where seeding will take pksce, the topsdled part <br />of the refuse pHs, and the area at fire explosives bunker adjacent to the nscentiy irutaNed <br />ditch. Mr. Weaver saki ire has had iraible sctredulh-g a oontrador, but one b scheduled b <br />seed these areas in Januory. <br />
