The <br />operator has recently applied to the Division to exchange 4 acres of reclaimed property for <br />4 acres of property that are not currently in the permit. The 4 acres that have been <br />reclaimed are now a part of the adjacent golf course. The new 4 acres are to be used ae a <br />stock storage and staging area. No excavation will occur inside the new 4 acres. <br />Ms. Chapin was concerned that the amendment would lead to operations that would affect her <br />property due to erosion.
