III. COMMENTS - COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of <br />observations made during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement <br />actions taken during the inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the <br />enforcement action. <br />This was an aerial inspection flown by Harry Ranney of the Colorado Division of Minerals and <br />Geology. Nineteen aerial photographs were taken during the inspection. These were examined by <br />Tom Kaldenbach of the Division. Five representative photos aze attached to this report. <br />Snow cover on the site appears similaz to the last inspection on 1 /9/04. <br />Hydrolo¢ic Balance <br />The old pit next to Pond D contains water as it normally does. The treatment ponds at the Fish <br />Creek borehole pumping site appear in good shape. No problems are evident in the photos. <br />Support Facilities <br />The bone yards at the east end of the surface facilities area appear as they did on the ground <br />during the inspection on 119104. No problems aze evident there, or in photos of the wash plant <br />and belt-out-back areas. <br />
