.' <br />III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made during the <br />inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection and the facts or evidence <br />supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was a complete inspection of the Blue Flame Coal Mine for the month of February, 2001. The site is reclaimed <br />and the weather is cloudy and soon to snow. <br />Hydrologic Balance: The site is covered with about 12-1 (3" of snow. <br />General Mine Compliance:: The site was not accessible by road due to the heavy snowfall but appears stable <br />
