III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection <br />and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was a complete inspection of the Arness McGrifien Mine for the month of February, 2003. The <br />site is closed to public access at this time. <br />Roads: The road to the site is closed and not passable. <br />General Mine Compliance: The site is fairly inaccessible now and hopefully the snow will help the <br />drought the area has been experiencing. <br />
