It looks like you are well underway toward taking of the markers and sign problem <br />However, [he sign you have posted must be modified. <br />I am sending you a copy of the Sign and Marker Rule (Rule 3.1.12). This Rule requires <br />that the name of the operator be included, as well as a statement that a reclamation permit <br />for the operation has been issued by the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board. The <br />statement may be abbreviated to read "Co. MLRB Permit No. M-77-132". Please send <br />a photo of the revised sign when it is posted. <br />In response to your request, I am also enclosing a copy of Rule 4.16.
