It appears that this pit was one transferred from Carder to Bent County <br />several years ago. It would further appear to me that the amendment to which <br />you refer was probably submitted to the Division by Carder, the former operator. <br />It would be sincerely appreciated that we be furnished a copy of what you note <br />as the amended permit boundary as everything in our file in inconclusive. <br />,/ Earl-Hoffman-Reyher: (1991=0861 .Although ;we .are in .the process of <br />attempting to address fhe infestation. of tamarisk we'do have a:problem trying to <br />respond to your questions ori' fhe "long narrow permit area with a very irregular <br />i~ S ~° boundary that does not match the permit Mine Plan Ma_p". This pit was also one <br />3 -d-/ • ~ 5 which was tYansferred~from a-previous operator to Bent County. If it ever existed <br />in our file I am unable to locate the permit Mine Plan Map. It would be <br />appreciated that you also furnish to us what is in the Division's file. <br />Hopefully -once we receive the maps -we'll be able to address these boundary <br />questions.
