Present during the <br />inspection was Mr. Mark Heffner of Schmidt construction. The site is a very large 112-construction <br />materials operation with over 1300, acres in the permit area. The operator requested to remove <br />approximately 56.42 acres from the permit area, The areas requested to be released were located along the <br />North and East side of the permit area. The entire areas requested to be released, were inspected. All the <br />areas including the wet land areas, reclaimed with the approval of the Army Corps of Engineer were found <br />to be well vegetated and in accordance with the approved reclamation plan. Acwrding to Mark, Terry <br />McKee of the army corps, inspected the site prior to the Division's inspection date and was very satisfied <br />with the reclamation of the site.
