Enforcement <br />action forthcoming. <br />OBSERVATIONS OF L`1PORT?NCE: <br />1) Mining related disturbance has clearly exceeded the area designated in the approved <br />mining and reclamation plan and the 1481 annual report map (south end of Area 4, <br />approx 2 acre excess). <br />2) The disposal of waste rock (the 3J8 minus fraction) has proceeded to the point where <br />an underdrain in Echo Canyon should be constructed very soon. <br />RECQ'r:~IIIATIONS: <br />Z) An amendment is clearly in order. An amendment proposal is expected by June 7, 19~?2. <br />2) Exhibit G of the approved plan should be updated to the prevailing hydrologic <br />balance.
