The <br />operator took this pit over from CO.D.O.T., has just recently begun reopening the pit and has posted a Permit ID sign. <br />Topsoil has been placed on the west side of the permit area along the road. <br />It appears that the pit is being operated in compliance with the DMG's Rules and Regulations.
