<br />(Page 2) <br />MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID #: M-a7-nna <br />INSPECTION DATE: Angucr 74, ~nm <br />OBSERVATIONS <br /> <br />INSPECTOR'S INITIALi: G7WA <br />An inspection of the site was conducted on August 24, 2001 to examine an approximately 5.75 acre parcel that had been <br />requested to be released, and examine an approximately 22.75 acre area that is requested to be added to complete the permit <br />area consisting of 26.9 acres. <br />A sign was observed at the entrance to the permit site, and boundary markers were sufficient for these inspectors to <br />determine the location of the property. It is suggested that the operator install markers that are visible and prominent for <br />the equipment operators and for inspectors prior to the issuance of the permit. <br />Groundwater does not appear to bean issue with the site, and the only surface water issue that was noted was the tail water <br />from the irrigated field east of the pit must be conducted across the permit area and roads.
