Commerds also desatbe mry enforcement actions taken during the inspection <br />and the facts or eviderres supporting the enforcement ectlon. <br />Two aerial photographs were taken by Harry Kenney fra~m the Division of Minerals and Geology on <br />January 27, 1998. These photographs wvere reviewed by William J. Carter of the Division of Minerals <br />and Geology. The photographs show the following lacatia~ns: <br />• Uppet Hubbard Creek Site. <br />• Lower Hubbard Creek facility, a reclamation site <br />Btttd>t: <br />The roads that era visible in these photographs appear to be in good condition. <br />The sedimentatia~n pond at the Upper Hubbard Croak appears to be dry oxcept for the snow cover <br />Slides and Damare• <br />No significant erosion or slide damage can be observed on either of the photographs. <br />
