Vegetation
around the site consists of willows, weeds, grasses, and some wetland plants. No material was stockpiled in the
area.
3. All activities and completed work of the time of inspection appeared fo be fofiowing the guidelines set forth
in the mining plan for the pit. The current bond amount of $2,500 will be reassessed to determine whether it is
adequate to accomplish reclamation of the site.
I & E Contact Address
NAME: Garv Hershteldt
OPERATOR: Holyoke Gun Club
STREET: 20358 CR 45
CITY/STATE/ZIP: Holyoke CO A0734-9507
Cc ^ CE
^ BL
^ FS
^ HW
O SE WMD (CH)
^ WQCD (CH)
^ OTHER: Carl Mount,DMG
