(Page 2) <br />MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID # M-1986-074 <br />INSPECTION DATE October 13. 2005 <br />INSPECTOR'S INITIALS CBM <br />This inspection was conducted as part of the normal monitoring program established by the Colorado Division of Minerals and <br />Geology. <br />This was an inspection to determine the general compliance at the mine operation and what specifically should be done at the <br />site to determine what had to be done to complete reclamation of the site.
