A portion of the east "undisturbed drainage" ditch needs to be cleaned on <br />the north end about 75 yards before it dumps into the natural drainage. <br />2. The piezometer on the north side of the refuse pile needs additional fill <br />placed around the pipe. <br />3. In the process of clearing the area for refuse disposal the diversion <br />ditch was buried. Drainage must be installed as described in the approved <br />mine plan. <br />4. The west diversion ditch running into the sediment pond has not~been <br />widened and rip-rapped or stabilized by excelsior. <br />5. The east diversion ditch running into the pond north of the culvert has <br />still not been deepened or cleaned of organic material. <br />6. A culvert is going to be installed where the drainage ditch crosses by <br />the trash dump area. This should alleviate blockage problems there. <br />7. The ditch below the diesel tank needs to be cleaned where water from the <br />ditch above drops into it. <br />8.
