Below ere comments on the irrepection. The commerres include dlon of obaervatlons made <br />during the Inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actlons taken during the inspectlan <br />and the facts or evidence supportlng the enforcement action. <br />A single serial photograph was taken of the Ohio Creek Mine 1l 2 site by Harry Kenney from the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology on March 26,1998. At the time of the photograph the site was mostly <br />covered with snow. This photograph was reviewed by William J. Garber of the Division of Minerals and <br />Geology on April 9, 1998. <br />Ham: <br />The Grmnison County road leading to this mine site is covered with snow and as of this date it does not <br />appear to have been plowed. <br />Although some milting of snow appears to have taken place, there is not any visible standing water in <br />the ditrdr ar the sedimentation pond. <br />ToRaoil: <br />The topsoil pile is snow covered, but appears to be stable at this time. <br />Slides and Damaae- <br />There is no visible indication of sliding or other erosion at this time. <br />
