Mike Hart of Hart Environmental was <br />present during the inspection. <br />The site is located 4 miles west of Platteville in Weld County, Colorado. An 112c permit was <br />issued on May 30, 2003 for a permit area of 160 acres. The Division holda.a financial <br />warranty in the amount of $317,000.00. <br />No mining has taken place since the issuance of the permit. The Division drove the perimeter <br />of the site and observed no activity.
