A mine identification sign and northeast and northwest permit _ <br />boundary markers were not located on site as required by Rule PB or PV: <br />3.1.12 TOPIC(S): <br />6 1 99 <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: <br />The operator will need to install a mine sign clearly visible <br />from the access road with the name of the operator, a statement <br />that a reclamation permit for the operation has been issued by <br />the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board and the permit number. <br />Permit boundary markers will need to be post=_d.
