(Page 2) <br />MINE ID # OR PROSPECTING ID # M-1978-314 <br />INSPECTION DATE 06/14/06 <br />INSPECTOR'S INITIALS ESC <br />This was an aerial inspection of the King Mountain Sand and Gravel Mine conducted on June 14, <br />2006. No operator was present during the inspection. <br />The purpose of the aerial inspection was to verify that mining has not progressed outside of <br />the 110 permit boundary area because the financial warranty for the Conversion Application <br />(CN-01) was not posted within one calendar of the Division's approval. <br />Mining is confined within the boundaries of the 110 permit that was issued in 1978. It does <br />appear that a large amount of the miscellaneous mining debris and trash has been removed from <br />the site. However, some items remain south of the permit area.
