On November 1, 2000,. the Division approved a Technical Revision application, which placed <br />the site on an intermittent status, in accordance with Rule 1.13.7. The site is operated on as need basis. <br />Operator was notified of the pending inspection, but was unable to attend. The site is a small 6 acres sand <br />and gravel operation located 6 miles south of Stratton Colorado. The mining operation involves removal of <br />a small hill top. High walls appeared stable, no major sign of erosion features were noted. Permit sign and <br />boundary markers properly displayed.
