A site inspection was made as a follow-up to a previous inspection by the Division on <br />January 19, 1999. Present during the inspection was Mr. Wayne Pipken of Sand Creek Farms, <br />Inc. <br />2. The purpose of the site inspection was to verify that the operator has conducted at least <br />$1,300 worth of reclamation tasks to reduce the reclamation liability to less than or equal <br />to $4,500 (the amount of the existing financial warranty). <br />3. Following the January 19, 1999 inspection, the operator was given the choice of providing <br />additional financial warranty of $1,300 or performing at least $1,300 worth of reclamation <br />work by April 6, 1999. Mr. Pipken chose to perform reclamation and reduce his outstanding <br />reclamation liability to the level of his existing financial warranty. This inspector <br />confirmed that at least $1,300 worth of backfill and grading work has been completed north <br />of the wash pond area.
