Problems, Recommendations and Compliance Dates <br />The operator is advised that the following problems have been identified <br />during inspections and that failure to correct the problems may result in <br />the Division taking an ENFOkCEMENT ACTION pursuant to CRS 1913, as <br />amended, 34-33-123. (Recommendations and compliance dates are to be <br />clearly noted. Dates are to be specific, e.g., January 31, 1983 and <br />underlined.) <br />83-b.
