Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection <br />and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action <br />This was an aerial inspection flown by Harry Ranney of the Colorado Division of <br />Reclamation, Mmmg. and Safety (Division). Oblique aerial photographs were reviewed rn the <br />office on July 6, 2007 by Kent Gorham of the Division. Deserado is an active underground <br />mine operating in the B seam using the longwall mining method. <br />Processing Waste <br />The mine is actively using refuse areas located north of the portal and facility area in Scullion <br />Gulch. Refuse is hauled by truck to the refuse disposal area.
