OBSERVATIONS
1. An aerial inspection of the Frei Pit No. 3 was conducted. Several or more oblique
photographs of the Regular 112 Operation were taken with a 35mm camera and will be used by
Division Staff during future ground inspections to determine compliance with the approved
mine and reclamation plan. The photographs were taken in response to several recent citizen
complaints in the Henderson area regarding impacts to groundwater. Photographs (slides) are
attached to this report.
2 . Copies of the aerial photographs will be made available to the operator upon request,
provided the operator is willing to pay for the cost of duplication.
