Proposed ReducedInsnection Freauency
Pursuant to Rule 5.02.2(8), the Division proposes to reduce the statutory inspection frequency of
the GEC Mine as set forth in Rule 5.02.2(1). The Division proposes to inspect the site two times
each year. The first inspection will be carried out in the spring (Mazch, April or May), in
conjunction with the run-off period. The second inspection would be carried out in the fall
(September, October or November) after the summer thunderstorm period. Both inspections will
be complete inspections.

the GEC Mine.
