III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the <br />inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />On February 23, 1994 an aerial inspection was conducted at the Bourg Strip <br />Mine. Conditions at the time of the inspection were clear with heavy snow <br />cover. <br />Large format oblique aerial photographs were taken of the site. The <br />Photographs identified as 02/94 #:22 F:019 and 02!94 #:22 F:020 were taken <br />at oblique angles. Snow cover was deep enough to cover ati surface features. <br />Photo F:020 (attached) looking southwest shows the entire permit area. <br />Contour furrows and the oil drilling just east of the permit area are evident. <br />No activity has occurred en site. <br />
