Carter frog the Division of Minerals and Geology <br />perforeed a coeplate inspection of the Blue Ribbon Yine site on the upper portion <br />of Hubbard Creek. On the previous day it was deterriined that the Delta County Road <br />up Hubbard Creek was unsafe for travel to the ^ine site, however after drying for <br />epproxi~ately twenty four hours it beca~e passable. Cattle were found to be <br />grazing the site et the tine of the inspeotion.
