OBSERVATIONS OF IMPORTANCE AND RECOMMENDATIONS:
1. Topsoil is being stripped and stbckpiled in the west area of the it.
Please remember to seed the stockpile after it is inactive and if it
will remain inactive for more than one growing season.
2. The southern pit side, by the railroad tracks , has been back filled to
a 2h: ly slope. Most of the slope has been topsoiled and seeded. The
western most portion will be topsoiled and seeded in the spring.
3. A berm has been built along the northern boundaries of the equipment
and stockpile storage areas to contain pit runoff and prevent washing
out of the north slopes.
4. The operation is neat and orderly and proceeding according to plan.
