III. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Pg 2/2 , <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations <br />made during the inspection. Comments in Section IV describe any enforcement actions <br />taken during the inspection and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />North Thompson Creek C-1981-025 <br />6 June 2005 ~~ <br />Backfilling and Grading: All of the regraded mine areas were covered with snow. <br />The areas appeared to be stable at the time of the inspection. <br />Fish and Wildlife: There were six horses grazing in the permit area at the time of the <br />inspection. <br />Reclamation Success: The vegetation at the site was doing well at the time of the <br />inspection. Overall, the site is doing very well. Aside from the problems noted in <br />relation to violation CV-2005-007, there are no problems at the site. <br />
