SPage 2) <br />MINE ID b OR M~~51 INSPECTION DATE &131 INSPECTOR'S <br />PROSPECTING ID k_ ~ __Q~ CMR <br />INITL4LS <br />OBSERVATIONS <br />This inspection was conducted as part of the normal monitoring and enforcement inspection process that the <br />Division Reclamation Mining 8 Safety (Division) carries out on all permitted mines In Colorado at least once <br />every four years. Chris Rowe from the Division carried out the inspection; also present was Curtis Sniff the <br />Bent County (Operator) representative. The mine is totaled 3 miles northwest of McClave. This Is a 37.9acre <br />mine site. There is not any documented evidence that this mine has been inspected. <br />Access road through pastureland. In distance is the <br />topsoli stockpile that has not been vegetated or by some <br />other means kept from eroding. This will be listed as a <br />problem in the next section.
