•
BOND RELEASE - 2
INSPECTION DATE: August 8, 1985
FILE NO. : M-74-52
COMMENTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
1 . The lakes are completely mined out and the operator has requested that
the total bond be adjusted accordingly. Some of the existing bond money
will be applied to the new amendment acreage (approved July, 1985).
2. Lake areas must be sloped to 3H:1V, proper concrete buried, topsoil
applied and revegetation completed.
3. The financial warranty can be decreased so that lake water surface areas
are no longer bonded. Shore areas will require more work so financial
warranty will be retained at a rate of $1 ,000 per acre of shore, plant
area, roads and all other lands disturbed in the previously permitted
(1974) area.
4. Submit a technical revision which clearly shows the present day
condition of the previous permit (1974) area indicating lakes, roads,
plant areas and all other aspects of the permit area. You should also
include changes to the final reclamation plan such as home-site
development. Include acreages for lakes and land.
5. The bond will be adjusted accordingly.
6. No annual report has ever been submitted for this permit, so technical
revision should be prepared to satisfy the annual report requirements as
specified in Rule 2.12 of the Minerals Rules and Regulations.
7. All overdue annual fees must be paid ($350/year) prior to any bond
adjustment.
THE MINED LAND RECLAMATION BOARD WILL CONSIDER BOND RELEASE/ADJUSTMENT FOR
THIS PERMIT ON . PLEASE CONTACT THE DIVISION FOR
DETAILS REGARDING TIME AND PLACE OF OARD CONSIDERATION.
DB/ddt
Doc. No. 2605F
I
