He
suggested that we either spray the entire reclaimed surface or hire a weed control
service to do ft. He recommended we use "Curtail" which he assured us would
effectively destroy the noxious weeds growing on our hillside. We opted to hire
Custom Weed Control to spray for us which they did In late October, 1995.
We did not re-seed yet because oT the extremely dry weather conditions this past
year. We will re-seed with the required mix In the fall of 1996 assuming the weather
cooperates. We will continue to monitor the condition of the slope and remove any
noxious weeds that may appear.
We have constructed a containment berm surrounding the tank storage areas. The
areas are lined with impermeable liners to ensure spilt fuel or fluids do not escape
and degrade quality of ground and surface waters.
We believe these actions satisfy the problems listed In this report. Please contact me
it you have any questions.
erely,
~~1.
J M. Gilleland
C)ffir.P Mananar
iiiiiiiiiiiuiii
